My name is Cristina and I define myself as a hybrid UX-UI profile with a strategic vision and management skills. I am passionate about design, technology, analysis, and continuous learning.

As a professional, I always seek to grow through courses and books, but what I value most is the learning that comes from interactions with people and the feedback I receive from them. I strongly believe that creativity and teamwork generate good products, better professionals, and excellent individuals.

Currently, I lead a team of 10 designers. This experience has been essential in developing leadership and teamwork skills, allowing me to create a collaborative and committed environment in each project. My focus is on providing tools for the professional development of individuals, promoting their strengths, creativity, and talent.
